Car great, reception staff took time to show me the car.

What a great rental experience. Michael was extremely friendly and helpful and the whole process was simple and quick.
The car was excellent - very clean and well maintained.
Would highly recommend the company and what a refreshing change from rental companies at most airports!

Good car and good pricing - winning combination.

Such an easy company to deal with and great value compared to Hertz/Avis. The Mazda MX 3 was in great condition and didnt miss a beat for the whole two weeks in North Island. Highly recommend this company!

Well this Review Request is a bit premature as we haven't done anything but do the initial booking.....
But based on the booking process here's what I like
1. Reasonable prices (75nzd where other companies were charging 100 and 140)
2. Fairly recent cars - apparently this is how some NZ companies keep costs and prices down, by offering a 10 year old fleet.
3. Good communication. I got a same day response to an emailed question sent on a NZ Saturday
4. Most convenient location. Coincidentally the only Shore location is just 2 blocks from where we'll be staying in Auckland.

Service was truly reliable and professional. The car was clean, well-maintained, and exactly as described. The pickup and return process was smooth and efficient, and the staff were friendly, helpful, and easy to communicate with. Overall, it was a hassle-free experience and I would confidently choose them again in the future.

Best local rental car service on the shore. Friendly service. Also website reflects what cars are available accurately (I've found this is rare).
