Only gave one star as i couldnt give 0

Only gave one star as i couldnt give 0. I was called by a rep and was told i would be emailed the info i wanted... the only emails ive received is multiple give us a review..

Feeling harassed

I just wanted some information on potential courses but I had to give out my number and email address to even look at anything.
I then proceeded to get hounded about signing up and starting courses by email, text message and phone calls.

Exceptional Service

On applying for the current course, I was contacted within the time frame specified and on discussing with the consultant, who will also be my point of call during the course, I was informed that due to my experience, current qualifications and current studies completing, I would be able to get RPL for some of the Units.
This is a rarity from other Training Providers i have utilized in the past.
I am also impressed with the payment plan option, as i have strict financial constraints, this will be a welcome advantage.
