Brilliant service - Merlyn Ionic Essence shower…
I ordered a Merlyn Ionic Essence shower door and inline panel. It was cheaper from Showerstoyou by about £120, almost 20% cheaper, than the other potential supplier VP.
Showerstoyou had excellent info on the product page and after ordering I got a phone call from a really helpful lady to check i’d ordered the right one, cos there are many versions - and to explain it was reversible for left/right. How good is that.
The product was delivered 2 days later - other suppliers quote 7 to 14 days.
The delivery driver was brilliant, gave me call 30 minutes ahead and delivered it safe and sound - nice, helpful strong guy - as it was awkward size and 50kgs.
Overall brilliant service at best value on market.

OMG this is how customer service should…
OMG this is how customer service should be! I purchased a replacement Aqualisa Aquarian shower body from Showertoyou to replace and existing Aqualisa Aquarian unit that was leaking. Order process was online and tracked the units delivery. This is all very normal, however when I eventually came to replace the shower unit I couldn’t remove the plastic shroud due to a faulty shroud screw. I sent an email on Sunday and Monday I had a reply from Gillian. I decided to call rather than play email tennis. Gillian couldn’t have been more helpful her years of customer care shone through and she exceeded my expectations by saying a replacement would be with you tomorrow and they will collect the faulty one. Game changing approach. Normally you have to post it back before a replacement is sent. The care, warmth and honesty shown by Gillian was totally amazing and made my day. Thank you Gillian you’re absolutely amazing.
