Schade, ich habe eigentlich immer Recht viel auf shpock verkauft aber sehe wie so viele andere auch nicht ein dafür jetzt ein Abo zu bezahlen auch wenn es nur ein Euro ist. Dann doch lieber wieder meh... Ver mais

wer bisher glaubte YT/ FB würden die räudigsten unseriösesten Werbungen platzieren ... - der sollte Shpuck 'aus- probieren' (& sofort wieder löschen - auf keinen Fall sinnbefreit abonnieren).

Schade, eine ehemals so vielversprechende Plattform heute zu sehen- ich weiß es ist ein Spagat, aber mit einer kostenpflichtigen Mitgliedschaft für Verkäufer... die Bewertungen zeigen es.

Es ist schon bemerkenswert: Ein Marktplatz, der seit Jahren mit massiven Scam-Problemen und sehr begrenzter Reichweite zu kämpfen hat, hält es für angemessen, zusätzlich eine Mitgliedsgebühr zu verlangen.
Das wirkt weniger wie ein überzeugendes Geschäftsmodell und eher wie unfreiwillige Satire. Der gebotene Gegenwert steht in keinem Verhältnis zu den Kosten – insbesondere im Vergleich zu anderen Plattformen, die deutlich mehr Sichtbarkeit und Sicherheit bieten.
Statt strukturelle Probleme wie Betrugsprävention, Nutzerqualität und Reichweite nachhaltig zu lösen, wird offenbar versucht, diese Defizite über Gebühren zu kompensieren. Für viele Nutzer dürfte das schwer nachvollziehbar sein.
Mein Fazit: Mutige Preisgestaltung, aber ohne die entsprechende Leistung dahinter. Für mich keine empfehlenswerte Plattform.

Von Beginn an hat der Login nicht funktioniert. Dafür erhält man Spam Mails die man nicht abstellen kann sondern selbst blockieren muss.
Dümmliche Ai Antworten auf Service Anfragen.
Das Angebot ist mMn nur dazu da, um zu versuchen den Leuten Zeit und Nerven zu nehmen. Das gelingt mitunter.
Kann weg und soll es wohl auch.

This is not a good site now as it was created to help communities recycle items and save waste! Now it's charging minimum of 99p per month even if you don't sell anything. I won't be paying while this ridiculous system is in place. Many other better places to go 😤😡

I used to use schpock a lot to sell or give away items I no longer wanted. Was quite successful at times.
Come to use it after a number of months only to find out you now have to pay! May be only 99p a month but its still very unfair!
Now deleted the app and won't use it again. Ill stick to Facebook and the other FREE selling sites I use.
Schpock has made a big mistake! Will loose a lot of customers through this. Shame on you!

Shpock was great but now got greedy and claim they dont have ads hence why they charge.. well guess what i saw ad on shpock infact more than one!! So shpock lie its all about money and greed lets hope shpock go away and not invade other countries with there expensive fees!!

Werbung für ein Abo? Nein danke, auch wenn es nur 1-2 € kostet. Das machen die anderen besser und man findet kaum das, was man sucht. Außerdem gibt es massenhaft Werbung, wie bei billigen chinesischen Apps. Für mich ist die App tot.

Man soll mindestens 1.99€ bezahlen und es gibt KEINE kostenlose Option.

Hat sich sehr verschlechtert in die letzten Jahre, man kann nicht richtig kommunizieren zwischen Käufer und Verkäufer, man kann nicht sehen ob überhaupt jemand sich für die Artikel interessiert weil kein Zähler da ist wie bei anderen Konkurrenten sehr schade.
Kann nicht verstehen warum hier nicht funktioniert wie bei die Ka.oder Vin.

I was in the middle of a purchase when Shpock randomly restricted my account, Having reached out to their customer service team via Zendesk; They simply kept closing my query as solved without so much as a reply, No email, No reply, Nothing. To this day I have no idea why my account was restricted.
I told them I wouldn't stop reopening my query until I was told why it was restricted and or what rule was broken - Shpocks reply ? Delete my Zendesk account entirely too!,
That's their solution; Restrict our Shpock account, And if we query why at their Zendesk support side; They delete our account there too!.
AVOID AT ALL COSTS. NOTHING MORE THAN SCAMMERS!.
DO NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCE BUY ANY SUBSCRIPTION WITH THESE AS THEY WILL DELETE YOUR ACCOUNT AND RUN!.

Shpock replied to my previous review that was about how the buyer was provided refund without confirming that the returned order has reached the seller. There was not even valid tracking number provided by the buyer. Here is the shpock response: “ Hello Lony,
We understand your frustration with this situation. When a return parcel's tracking information shows it as delivered, a refund is automatically issued to the buyer. In some cases, a parcel may have been left with a neighbor or in a secure location.
If you have any further questions, please don't hesitate to contact us at support@….
Kind regards, your Shpock team”
To let you know, parcel never arrived anywhere, there was not even any info where it is or valid tracking details. Do you think I will ask all the road if my parcel has been delivered at their house when i do not even have any proof of delivery to track. Contacting your customer team is bllshit, not even they barely respond but is useless.
*update - as you can see their response about any questions I have. That is irrelevant. They just messing about.

Another platform using a subscription based setup. With better options like vinted, ebay and marketplace, theres simply no benefit.
Id rather they take a small cut if the item gets sold than force me to pay 99p.

Impossible to cancel subscription says cancel at the bottom of page there is no cancel very poor selling service not save no lookers at items waste of time and money

I remember using Shpock many months ago. Sold a few items to start with, but then noticed more and more scammers on the site.
With the introduction of the Shpock Wallet, even more scammers who played the system by purchasing and then stating the item wasn't as described, or damaged etc. I hence reduced my use of Shpock, and did not accept Shpock Wallet payments whatsoever.
Now I just logged into my account to give it another try and notice I need to purchase a monthly membership? I know it's only 99p, but still. It's not as though they have a huge footprint like eBay that they feed they can charge sellers to advertise - not even eBay do that any more.
Hence that's the last straw for me. I have deleted the app, and will be looking to request deletion of my account and all my details.
