Very Dodgy Company - Avoid - will never refund - often mix up the orders
Bought a saree and a suit. They sent the wrong suit - I wanted to return the saree - contacted customer service - they asked me to return the saree to India and send the suit to another customer in London !
Absolute madness...
They then have since refused to refund me - my order was just over £250.00. They keep saying they will refund me but I placed my order in August and nothing since - they have no intention to refund me.
Absolute horrible customer service, they will never refund you.
I then started getting strange emails with attachments from them which the virus software picked up as trojan viruses !
Avoid at all costs...

Blood suits but very bad customer service
I placed order for three suits for wedding and did not get any at the given time and they lied whole time about the delivery . Till now only received two suits and they are not clear what they are going to do with my third suit . It is very hard to get hold of them and they say something else over the phone and say something different in the email . Very bad experience.

BEST EVER SERVICE
This is the best website ever, I have now placed 4 orders and every order has been perfect, the quality of their saree's are amazing.
I'm very happy with Shree Designers.....
I have spoken to their customer service department a few times now and they have been great.

Deceitful and Dishonest Customer Service
I ordered 2 custom stitched suits from here on the 4th July. Everything was going so well until it came to the shipping period. I was promised that the item would be delivered to me by the 10th, if not the 12th latest. They still haven't delivered or shipped the item. Upon talking to them via Live Chat I obtained a tracking number for the shipment on the TCPIndia website, turns out this tracking number wasn't even real and when I went back to the Live Chat to confirm the tracking number I told them it didn't work and they immediately went offline. This website is not organised and I'll be claiming my money back soon. Website looks genuine but I can tell you their customer service is absolutely poor.
UPDATE 04/12/16: Hah..how funny the company have flagged my review saying I took the frustration out on them when it was the shipping company's fault. Is that why they wouldn't update me of the situation or even attempt to give me a refund? As I said their customer service is dreadful and they can't even take responsibility for their actions.
