Besides their great theme, which offers pretty much everything I need, they have fantastic customer service. I had 2 separate issues with my website, so I reached out to them for help. They responded timely which was highly appreciated. They had me upload a video of my issue, so they really knew what was going on and how to fix it, not just blindly thinking they knew what it was. I applaud them for their great customer service!

One, there theme is top teir. Very customizable and all you need to create a high converting website. Two, there support and development team is top teir! Reach out to customer support, they are very helpful and answered all my questions about the theme. I genuinely believe that Shrine is the best theme out there. With most of the important features built-in, and also still give you the flexibility to customize using css or custom liquid. I simply love Shrine!

I had some troubles with authenticating my website and I emailed support. Got a quick and detailed reply from Charlotte McG which helped me solve my problem. I was very impressed with not only the response time but the thoroughness of Charlotte's reply.

Their support decided to stop responding from another day, after I warned them that there is a serious problem on the theme.
I think the damage caused by using this theme is inquantifiable, besides the fact that I had my site analyzed by a professional, it turned out that it is fully structured with useless scripts that slow down the site.
In addition to that, there is also the fact that there is a serious problem in the cart drawer, which does not allow customers to checkout when browsing from internal browser to Meta.
it is better to buy for the same amount of money an official theme on Shopify and not a theme that only causes problems and economic damage to the business.

The best theme i have ever seen that come with all features you need for an online store. There no need for extra apps anymore once you use this theme. Their customer support is also amazing!
