IT stopped working, Shrine did not honor the License I previously purchased, made me purchase another License.
I have reported this to the Consumer protection division in Cyprus and New York,

I purchase Shrine theme for my shopify…
I purchase Shrine theme for my shopify website and since I installed it 4 days ago, I see that I have a lot of abandonned checkouts with failed payment which was unusual. I then tried paying myself and an error message appears on the checkout page. Contacted Shopify support and they told me there's a problem with the theme. I can't even edit my checkout page. And ITS IMPOSSIBLE TO HAVE A DIRECT CONTACT WITH THEIR SUPPORT. So i'm here, losing 3K a day sicne 4 days without being able to fix the issue. DO NOT BUY AS SUPPORT IS INEXISTANT IF YOU HAVE ANY ISSUE

Our team did reach out within two hours to clarify that Shopify restricts checkout customizations to Shopify Plus plans, meaning no theme—Shrine included—can modify this area directly. Unfortunately, this is a platform limitation, not one of our theme. Shrine support is top notch
Shrine support is top notch. I always have responses within 24 hours, most being and hour or two. They will send videos if I don't understand how to do something, and they work with me until I complete it. I want to also note that I ask a lot of questions not because their theme is difficult, there theme is actually really easy to navigate, but I am new to shopify and shrine so there is a lot I don't understand terminology wise. Buying this shopify theme was the best decision ever!

If you have a problem they will guide you until you solve it.
Super fast response! They didn’t just fix the issue but actually walked me through how to solve it myself. I usually hate dealing with support teams because they’re slow and not very helpful, but this time was different. They really helped me figure out something crucial as we get ready to scale our store.
