We have recently moved into our new home at Forrest edge. We are beyond thrilled with our new house it’s everything that we wanted. From the very beginning Ruth made everything so easy for us, always on the end of a phone or an email and you can just see that everyone cares. A special mention to Liam and Andy nothing was too much trouble. I can’t recommend this company enough.

We have recently reserved a new home at Forest Edge and Ruth has made it such a lovely experience she has amazing attention to detail and has really taken the time to listen and understand us as a family. It really helps to deal with someone so professional, friendly and knowledgeable when making such an important purchase.

Our experience with Shropshire Homes has been outstanding from the get go. We looked at numerous new build development but we felt Forest Edge was the one for us. We put our name down for the Arundel at Forest Edge in November 2022.

We are now in the final stages of our buying journey and will be completing in a few weeks.
Ruth has been outstanding from the beginning, her professionalism and constant updates throughout has been phenomenal. Nothing has been too much trouble, any queries or concerns she’s been on hand that day to sort things out. Aswell as Liam and Andrew who manage the site have been on hand to help us with a technical queries. Highly Recommend Shropshire Homes!

We moved on to the Forest Edge development just before Christmas.
From start to finish we cannot fault the care and attention Ruth and the team have given us.
Ruth especially made the move as stress free as it could be, she was always at the end of the phone or email whenever we had a question or just to hear me vent!
We have been in our beautiful home for almost two months now. We have had the odd snag as you would expect with a new build but nothing too serious and all have been dealt with efficiently and to a high standard.
So far, so good. We cannot recommend the company and the team here enough.

Ruth at Forest Edge development was lovely to deal with and professional in answering our questions and advised us well. The development is small, well laid out, making the most of the setting by beautiful woodland.

Shropshire homes have been amazing. Maggie and the team have been brilliant.
They have helped us so much during the move and been patient.
The development at Crudgington is so nice.
We have never been so happy with everything and would recommend to all.
Thank you so much
Mat and Sharon

We moved into our new home on Forest Edge recently and cannot thank Ruth and the team on site enough for all the help and advice they gave us. Ruth went out of her way to be helpful and any teething problems or questions we had were dealt with immediately by Ruth, Liam & Andy the Site Managers. Despite the fact the site is still under construction, the guys on site have been extremely helpful and have tried to cause as little inconvenience to the residents as possible. We are very happy with our new home and can highly recommend Shropshire Homes especially Ruth and the team for their friendly but professional approach.

Through the process from viewing the site, reservation, hiccups with aspects during the conversation process at Woodhouse Farmhouse, into the final moving in stage the Shropshire Homes team have been constructive and supportive.

Build quality and the conversion is excellent. Of course there are some niggles, there are with any property, but I have felt listened to and solutions have been and are being found.

It is helpful to have a Sales Office on site with the same Sales Executive, Caroline, who has been a wonderful and constant support and advisor through this whole relocation from Somerset to Priorslee.

I would thoroughly recommend Shropshire Homes as a developer and thank Caroline and her team for their past and continued efforts.

We moved into our new house recently at Woodhouse Farm Priorslee after reserving our property in June. Our Sales Executive was Caroline at Shropshire Homes and we have to say she has been amazing and very professional from the beginning and right up to completion and also any after sales queries. She always has a smile and warm greetings whenever we have called into the showhome. Caroline endeavoured to always kept us informed throughout our journey and made the process of buying our new home as smooth as possible. We are also very grateful for the support from Caroline and the whole team at Shropshire Homes. We would highly recommend both Caroline and Shropshire Homes for future home buyers.

Maggie at the Crudgington Fields Phase 2 development was a very friendly professional person who went above & beyond to help us turn a house into a home, even when timescales for choices had surpassed she did her level best to assist us with our preferred choices, thanks Maggie it really makes the difference to other builders that we had visited that were unwilling to assist us in our new home journey!

The workmanship on the build is in our opinion a very good quality & again the Site manager Stuart always tried to accommodate us moving sockets and getting extras ordered such as wine coolers

Many thanks to the whole team at Shropshire homes keep up the good work.

We would have no hesitation in recommending Shropshire Homes as a Builder of choice.

We have recently purchased a house from Shropshire Homes. The service levels from Ruth Lloyd the Sales Executive has been outstanding from the first meeting to the sale through to the after sales.
The quality of the build is really good, with flexibility of choices throughout the build.
The Site & Assistant Site Managers have been very supportive and have gone that extra mile.
I would highly recommend Shropshire Homes and their excellent team.

We’ve recently moved into our new home at Woodhouse Farm after reserving our house in March. Throughout the process to completion in October Caroline has been very communicative and helpful, making our journey as smooth and enjoyable as possible. We’re also very grateful for the after sales support from Caroline and the SH team. Thank you, from some happy new home owners.

My experience of buying a new build property with Shropshire Homes has been enjoyable and problem free,

Ruth was amazing and incredibly helpful. Site managers Liam and Andy and all of their team have been consistently helpful, polite and professional throughout. A very enjoyable and smooth experience!

My experience of buying a new build property with Shropshire Homes has exceeded all expectations….a smooth, painless process from start to finish. Communication was excellent throughout, nothing too much trouble and everything finished to a high standard. Any slight issues were dealt with efficiently and professionally.
Special thanks to Jean in sales who has been incredibly helpful, kind and supportive…also Site manager Darren and all his team have been consistently helpful, polite and professional.
It is so reassuring to know that support continues after purchase.
Many thanks…I am very happy with my new Shropshire Home!

We purchased our new home in Laurence Park. From the very beginning we had good customer service from Jean in Sales, always listening and answering any queries we had and sorting any issues raised. Jean remained in contact by phone or email. We visited the site so often whilst the house was in the process of being built I’m sure Jean felt like locking the sales office door when we turned up but she always had a smile on her face. Finally a shout out to Darren and John for overlooking the house build and to Simon the painter and decorator for the excellent paintwork in our new home.

Avoid. Customer service leave a lot to be desired. Their ethos is to get houses up as soon as possible (known as house bashers locally). We walked away before it was too late. Hundreds of problems identified with a house that is apparently ready to move into, including lifting roof tiles, damp, broken floor tiles, fascias fallen off, garden soggy and full of building debris to name a few. I hate to think how some of these houses will look in 10+ years! Wouldn’t touch with a barge pole.

We have had a wonderful experience from start to finish with Shropshire Homes, and still ongoing. Indeed this is why we have bought from them again this time.
Particular acknowledgment to Ruth in sales, for whom nothing has been too much trouble and whose level , calm demeanour has kept us largely sane. She’s had a solution to everything.
Also thanks to Liam for being so approachable and making himself available for all out questions.
There has been a great variety of choices and finishes. In short we’re delighted and would definitely recommend!

Great customer service from Ruth! Excellent communication throughout as well as being super friendly. Thank you!

We absolutely love our beautiful new home at Ledwyche Rise. Thank you to Jill for always being there from beginning to the end and for being so efficient, kind, compassionate and caring. It was an amazing experience and we’re very happy. Thanks also to Phil for all your help and support and for getting things done. Would highly recommend a Shropshire Homes home! 👍😊👍
