Falsche Lieferung, Firma weigert sich ein Umtauschverfahren einzuleiten.

Ze hebben een 2e hands doucheset opgestuurd via Bol.com. Ik heb aangeboden om deze 2e hands set voor 50% over te nemen. Ze wilde het product gratis ophalen. Ik heb dit uiteindelijk geaccepteerd en nu willen ze het ophalen met kosten. Slecht bereikbaar, alleen via de mail.

Jeg har ikke fået pakken..

Jeg har nu for langt over 14 dage siden købt og betalt et produkt jeg ikke har fået leveret. Der er sket en fejl ved PostNord, som har gjort at pakken står som leveret, men ikke er blevet det. I hvert fald ikke på min adresse.

Jeg har nu i længe været i kontakt med dem on and off og har nu skrevet til dem at jeg forventer et nyt produkt eller mine penge retur - selvfølgelig intet svar.

Så jeg har betalt et produkt jeg ikke har modtaget. Det kan man da vist kun kalde et svindelfortagende. ALDRIG køb fra dem (vær opmærksom på at de har et samarbejde med CDON), hvor man køber gennen CDON, men at det faktisk er af Shumee man køber det.

My experience with Shumee has been extremely disappointing. The company portrays itself as a major player in the market, but in reality, it only survives due to its substantial sponsor, the owner of Atlas. When we decided to collaborate with Shumee two years ago, we had no idea what we were getting ourselves into.

First of all, there isn't even a call center to handle customer inquiries. The company’s director behaves like an incompetent individual who has no understanding of e-commerce or the intricacies of this business. Their so-called collaboration with multiple marketplaces to list your products is nothing more than standard dropshipping with no added value.

Shumee is merely connected to client warehouses and barely scrapes by on commissions. It's perplexing how they reported a revenue of 70 million at the end of 2023, considering they have no real knowledge of the business. The employees act like headless chickens, running around without any direction or expertise.

I do not recommend Shumee unless you want to incur unnecessary costs and deal with a company that lacks experience and provides no support at various stages of the partnership. Save yourself the trouble and stay away!

I have a package that was supposed to be delivered on 21.12 at the latest. Today it is the 28th and it has not yet departed from their warehouse.

I have contacted them via contact form, no answer yet. But the worst experience was when I called their phone line. The first second I mentioned "Is there someone who speaks English?" the call was dropped. I even tried in Polish!

How do they expect everyone who calls to speak Polish, when they work with the whole of Europe?
