Extremely poor communication, was reluctant to order, gave benefit of doubt, regret it tbh.

When it comes to taking the money, they seem yo reply straight away, when refunds or problems arise they blank you.

Bought 5 perfumes as gifts.

1 I expected not to have cellophane as this was advertised.

However disappointed that a further 2 had no cellophane and fingerprints all over the bottles...how can you gift this? Had you have advertised no cellophane I wouldn't have purchased.

It gets worse...the 2 most expensive ones have an expiry date in the next 4 months...ridiculous and not good for gifts.

I have requested a amicble resolution which I hope cam be resolved without having to contact card company.

I will update this review on resolution has been reached.

Disappointed is not the word!

Have all proofs, from website and pictures from delivery.

I have used this website previously, however will not be using again.

Im surprised how this company is still in business.
I bought several times from this company but only in extreme situation.The shipping cost up to 2 kg is extremely high ,they charge £8.50 and then they add and VAT which costs about £10 just in shipping cost.
Prices displayed for the products does not include VAT ..so BE WARE the bill is much higher at the end.
.....also they dont have good prices for the products as a wholesaler it should have competitive prices,,,but they sell extremely EXPENSIVE..
Extremely difficult to make the payments also..BE WARE...if you pay with paypal or debit/credit card THEY ALSO CHARGE FEES...about 4%...
I dont recommend to anyone this company..extremely disappointed !

The people from Shure Cosmetics is very helpful and honest. This is the best company I ever dealt with. Enquiries are dealt with swiftly, orders are send out quick, it is properly secured to protect what's inside the box. The company has a very big variety of products with very reasonable pricing. I would recommend them 100%

I placed an order of £170, and later that day my Bank Account was debited.
The NEXT DAY they emailed me to tell me most of the items which I'd ordered were out of stock.
I asked them to cancel the order & refund me, but, here's the thing.......they already charged me for stock which they didn't have, yet it took nearly a week for me to get my refund!
This is the THIRD time that's happened.

UPDATE:
shure said they were out of stock of THREE lines, however, it was FOUR lines, and of ONE of those lines it was 70 units of one item, which made up the bulk of my order

I have been in the cosmetic business for over 20years and find Shure cosmetics very competitive on their prices, especially on all branded gear, orders are always on time and packaged well, great service.

Shure cosmetics offer a great and competitive whole sale price and deliver products on time.
