Vriendelijk en heel behulpzaam
Is mijn eerste keer. Via website lukt het best wel om een opslagruimte te reserveren/huren. Voor de zekerheid heb ik gebeld voor betere uitleg en mevrouw Gaby heeft mij ontzettend goed geholpen en geïnformeerd (ik weet alleen niet als zij bij de vestiging in Alkmaar werkt). Ze ging echt stap voor stap totdat ik het begreep. Geen haast en heel vriendelijk. Bij aankomst in Alkmaar was er ook een andere dame die langs liep. Haar naam weet ik even niet zo jammer want wilde haar naam ook benoemen. Heel vriendelijk personeel.
Een personeel belde mij ook, om te kijken als alles naar wens was, heel attent van jullie allemaal.

Goede ervaring met Elsa! Vriendelijk! Bood me gezellig een kopje koffie aan. En was gezellig op de werkvloer aanwezig toen ik met mijn box bezig was! Kon met al mijn vragen terrecht over Surgard! Gr Jeroen

Alles prima in orde. Ik twijfelde even of het geen scam was toen ik gebeld werd door een dame die amper Nederlands sprak. Dit was bedoeld als extra service, maar wekte geen vertrouwen. Gelukkig op de locatie heel goed geholpen.

Mooie opslag maar krappe inrit. Je komt bijna de garage niet binnen of er uit. Zeker als je een grotere aanhanger hebt.
