My first time using storage didn’t know what I was doing. Arrived at the lock up didn’t know where I was going or what I was doing. Sarah the store manager Basildon Branch was lovely and polite taking us to the unit showing us the app and how it works. Would highly recommended.

Popped in to enquire about changing my unit size and was amazed how quickly and easily I was dealt with. Super support from the team and I’m really happy with my new unit.

Sarah & Robbie go beyond the call of duty to help with any problems u may have. Great service. Extra trolleys are needed. Would b a great addition to have better WiFi connection

Wasn’t open on the weekend to sign up that’s a big minus
Applied online payment was taken before ID was taken I’d failed despite using the same process I have used to acquire physical id from citizen card so I know it works
Payment taken twice
Resulting delay 5 days in my moving schedule

Robby helped check us in and he was very helpful and friendly. The whole sign up process online was easy and using the app to gain access was great

First they collect my money, then they ask for identification. Because I'm not a UK citizen (but I have a residence permit) my ID was not accepted and they cancelled my contract. Then no one bothers to call to refund my money
