Lovely storage facilities. Fantastic service with very professional, helpful & friendly staff Kapil and Tony. Straightforward booking process. Would certainly recommend using this storage facility.

PICK ANY OTHER STORAGE BUT NOT THIS COLD HEARTED BUSINESS. The hardest part of my life I chosen to go with this storage as I had to move from my family flat after an 8 year relationship break up and personal business sold after post coronavirus as not survived. Trusting this company and moving all my valuables to their storage. Then I got stuck in the lift in the evening, leaving me, a female, in a lift for so many hours alone and no numbers inside the lift worked which I rang up, cold lift and no one to ask for help from and they not offered anything out of curiosity just shows the way company doesn’t care about their customers. I tell you more no one even contacted me to ask if I was okay the next day after fire brigade got me out.

NEVER RECOMMEND
Moved all my items to Yellow Storage and never had any more problems, lovely and always recommend.

Super useful and comfortable. Easy to access by car and foot.

1/3 of my storage unit stolen, no way to get insurance paid as no proof of contents possible. a thief can easily climb over the top of dividing walls from inside one of the 4 adjoining units and into mine ! No chicken wire on top of my unit nor most others
No camera on individual units so impossible to monitor. Why don’t the unit dividers go floor to ceiling?! G Also for fire safety). Staff nice yes. Price doubled in 3 years.

Super helpful office team last Sunday. There was an issue with code access and they went above and beyond to help. Kind and considerate during what was no doubt a stressful time.

I got there just before it closed and the stuff were very helpful and explained all to me, showed around and made my experience very positive.

Very helpful staff, to get a unit takes few minutes. Very professional, pro-client oriented. A special thanks to Annette for her patience and care going over her duties.

Andrew made check in easy peasy and was very helpful.

It would have been 5 stars but a friend dropped some items off for me just before 11pm, came down a few mins past to realise they couldn’t drive out and had to call security which meant a £100 fine. I realise it closes at 11pm, but £100 for a few mins seems excessive given their lifts etc are slow, surely most companies in this position would have a small margin of a few mins.

I have used two units whilst I had my home renovated at the York Way, Camden branch. The service from the people who work at this site has been amazing, helpful and professional, in particular Josh.
If you are looking for Central London storage facilities, I would highly recommend thiw Shurgard.

So easy to book and great value. We turned up and dropped out things off and were in and out in 30 mins
