Shurgard Self Storage - Chingford Highams Park Opiniões 

I have used Shurgard Chingford, London E4 for years & it honestly can’t be more perfect. The special offers are amazing & the reason I always use them. The units are clean, bright & secure. Please keep the reception desk staffed with a human though please.

Lukasz and the team were super helpful with getting us setup and showing us around the site, much appreciated and would recommend them to anyone.

Does the left hand know what the right hand is doing? You sent me several emails asking for me to bring in picture ID, which I did do, two weeks ago.

You then sent me emails saying you were still waiting for my ID. You then sent an email cancelling my account, even though all of my belongings are in storage. When I tried to access yesterday, I was unable to do so.

To add insult, why would you give me a credit note and not refund the money? How dare you hold onto my money, instead of refunding it, after your staff incompetence?

Below is the email sent, and to date, nobody has called or emailed to give a refund, when you already have my bank details, which were given when I came in.

We regret to inform you that since you have not verified your ID within the due time, we are forced to cancel your contract.

One of our store managers will reach out to you shortly to obtain your bank details for a refund.

It's not the first, second or third bad experience I have had with the Chingford branch.

Also knew of somebody who you tried to take advantage of by way of intimidation.

Pretty straightforward and easy to get going , from booking online to getting the keys and using the storage unit is a matter of minutes and a stress free experience

Lukasz has been incredibly help full with us hiring a unit. He gave us the same excellent service even though we didn't need the unit the first time and cancelled the booking. I would definitely use them again and we are increasing the size of our unit too now.

I need storage for my ever growing record collection. My incredibly patient partner dropped some not so subtle hints so I visited the Highams Park facility earlier today. I had many questions and Lukasz was able to answer everything I wanted to know. He was knowedgable, super helpful, and understood exactly what I was looking for. He took the time to show me the units we had discussed and they look great. As a result I will definitely rent a unit going forward.
Overall the facility looks clean and secure. Hopefully the perfect solution for my needs (habit!)
