I visited today to get some prices on a unit as I’m moving house. I was greeted at the front desk by keely, what a lovely young lady. She took me on a tour round the building and showed me how it all works, she answered all my questions and put my mind at ease. She is so polite and her customer service is amazing!

I do not have a unit with Shurgard, I come to buy boxes. I was greeted by keely she is so polite and sweet. Nothing is to much for her I was asking her so many questions and she was more than happy to answer them. She is an absolute sweetheart and a credit to Shurgard. Thank you for such great service.

I rarely leave reviews, but this genuinely warrants one star.

I have been a customer for six months, and today I was informed that my rate will increase by 22%. When I asked what justified this, I was effectively told that the longer I stay, the more I will pay, as prices are periodically increased for existing customers. That is quite an approach to customer loyalty.

It gets better. I was also told that if I move from my current 50 sq ft unit to a 65 sq ft unit, my monthly cost could be cut in half. It is difficult to understand how that pricing structure makes any sense.

I am currently renting a unit while spending time abroad. Needless to say, I cannot keep flying back just to rearrange boxes to fit this kind of pricing logic.

The staff are friendly and welcoming. I would given a five star if Shurgard was open 24 hours. Shurgard needs some more trolleys, because in the evening the trolleys are being used. I like the security to get in the building.
