Great Customer experience at site extras Needs reviewing
The receptionist was fantastic she was professional helpful and welcoming,
Four stars is given due to the online option that is mandatory in choosing Shurguards insurance which you have to do then provide evidence of your own insurance to cancel it this would be ok if the mandatory insurance was not 4x more expensive then the market leader. the padlock for £14.99 is again overpriced its a £5 lock at best

Your staff made a stressful process as simple and straight forward as possible even finding us a bigger storage unit when the one we reserved was too small for our needs. Excellent customer service.

Good communication, easy process to book online. Great pricing. Pricing moving forward could be a little clearer online but I asked in store and they were very helpful.
