We couldn’t access the unit last night, installed the app as instructed by staff, when visiting the Purley way unit to unload stuff message kept saying ‘see manager’ I will be going there again later today to resolve

Easy access from the mobile app allows you in and out during the day. Trolleys are supplied for your use. Staff are helpful and polite. Building is clean.

Simple online, unwelcome on site
Online process was pretty straightforward albeit confusing with how to access the storage. Onsite welcome felt a little hostile and negative when not buying lock, insurance and paying upfront

Avoid this company
I strongly recommend avoiding this company. Initially, they lure you in with an attractive deal, but after a few months, they hike the prices significantly. To keep costs down, they’ll offer you a smaller unit at a seemingly reasonable price, forcing you to move all your belongings. However, a few months later, they’ll increase the price on the new unit as well.
This pattern makes it clear they’re banking on you not wanting the hassle of repeatedly moving your storage. It’s an exploitative and dishonest business practice that feels like daylight robbery. Save yourself the stress and frustration—choose a more trustworthy company.

We apologise for any inconvenience caused. Despite regular monitoring and maintenance by our pest controllers team we will unfortunately sometimes experience issues. We have passed your concerns on to the Store Manager, who will be looking into this and contact you shortly.

Second time to use Shurguard. It’s always easy to set up and to choose from a variety of facilities. No time limit which is great thing. Easy access to storage facility. Great customer service.

Worst ever
Worst ever - I would not recommend - staff are rude and very unhelpful. It appears the company is not a member of any removal or storage ombudsman scheme.
