I really recommend this storage
I really recommend this storage. Amazing help/understanding/kindness received from Jeetin. They are always for you and the location of this storagw is very convenient. Had a very bad experience with the another storage company in Den Haag, (starting with "A" letter) and didnt know what expect here, but not at all, very satisfied and recommend to Anyone.

Elite en Michel hebben ons fantastisch en vriendelijk geholpen om van een grote opslag over te stappen naar een kleinere opslag. Fantastisch mee gedacht en door hun vriendelijke en snelle hulp toch bij Shuregate gebleven ipv naar een ander bedrijf over te stappen. Al 7 jaar klant en altijd goede service. Bedankt

Prijsverhoging
Shurgard geeft zichzelf de ruimte om willekeurig de prijzen te verhogen na 6 maanden. Dus ik heb alle spullen in opslag en nu krijg ik een prijsverhoging van 30%. Het enige alternatief wat ze bieden is een kleinere opslag maar daar past alles niet in. Dus ik moet een alternatief gaan zoeken, erg onhandig.

Bedankt! Fijn dat u de tijd nam om ons uw feedback te geven. We trachten we onze klanten steeds de beste prijs-kwaliteitsverhouding en begrijpen dat een prijsstijging nooit aangenaam is. Daarom nodigen u graag uit in uw Shurgard vestiging om de verschillende mogelijkheden even samen te doorlopen. Misschien is verhuizen naar een goedkopere unit een oplossing? We komen er beslist samen uit!
Please, put proper signage
On arrival on your premises in Den Haag Centrum, no one was present at the office during opening hours and I struggled for 1/2 hour to find out that access to the storage area was located at the top of a ramp in an adjacent street. Your website mentions that the access is in that street (Lobatostraat) but it does not say one has to drive up a ramp and there is no sign at the said ramp showing this is your entrance.

Simple
I did not have to do anything other than follow the steps:
1. Requested an appointment at the facility to see which size would suit me best.
2. Went onto the website, put in my details.
3. Selected the size of the storage space.
4. Paid. It was really simple.
5. Next day, I just went to the office and showed my ID as proof of identity.
And that was it. I even got my first month for just €1.
