Ich habe kein Schloss angefordert, war aber überrascht, dass der Schlosspreis von meinem Konto abgebucht wurde.

Great Overall Service!
It´s very easy to signup and book a storage. Also the prices are very competitive! In my location (Essen Westviertel) the entrance and part of the parking was covered, which was great as you don´t have to worry about the rainy days. The storage location was clean and well kept. Also loved the fact that you can use the app to open the gate and the elevator. I had some issues during the cancellation process, but the team did an outstanding job and solved everything. Thank you!

Guter Service und kompetente Abwicklung
Verschieden große Lagerräume wurden von freudlichen Mitarbeitern gezeigt und das Zugangsprocedere gut erklärt. Das gesamte Self Storage Gebäude ist sehr sauber und gepflegt. Die Vertragsabwicklung und der Einzug verliefen unproblematisch, allerdings könnte die Anzahl der versandten Emails reduziert werden.
