Mandy helped me rent an additional unit - very straightforward and she prepared the paperwork whilst I retrieved my ID.
She helped me find a unit near my existing one so I can just use both of them easily!

My stock in storage is half missing be very careful when u put the stock in Greenford storage. It was daylight robbery by whom we don’t know robbers knew exactly what to take. Somehow they don’t have cameras to protect your belongings. Only cameras at entry and exit and lift that’s what I was told. How can someone gain access even they don’t know. Imagine that’s the level of security they have. I wouldn’t store it over there. Do it at your own risk, that is what I was kind a told by the gentleman(who was nice no fault of his). As there is no security for your goods. No cameras in corridor where there is actual storage unit. It’s bit fishy how come only your storage is broken into and not others and how would BURGLARS would have known is questionable and my storage unit was not at ground floor.
Beware if u have enough money which you don’t mind to lose u can use storage here. It literally put me on streets. Even with insurance it won’t cover.

I have been with Shurgard Storage for over a year, used for for my Bussiness. That was absolutely amazing space for reasonable price. And the customer service was to my satisfaction specially Shan the manager was dealing with my enquiries with no issues at all.
