De opslag verzekering.
De opslag, liften , codes , vervoerkarren , en medewerkers ter plaatse zijn allemaal prima.
Maar de aanbiedingen online zijn misleidend. De verplichte verzekering is een crime om vanaf te komen als je zelf al verzekerd bent. Deze verzekering zou je eigen vrije keus moeten kunnen zijn. En niet een verplichting. Het zijn tenslotte mijn spullen die ik verzeker of niet. Dat zou niet voor een belachelijk hoog bedrag van 15,- per maand verplicht moeten zijn. Daar kom je ook pas achter bij het afsluiten van een overeenkomst van huur. En niet vooraf. Daardoor voel ik mij als consument erin geluisd.

In tegenstelling tot bij vele andere opslagbedrijven zijn bij ons alle beschikbare opslagruimtes, prijzen en aanbiedingen online terug te vinden inclusief de eventuele promoties.
We kunnen onze verzekering niet in onze huurprijs opnemen omdat het bedrag hiervoor afhangt van de waarde van uw bezittingen. We zijn ervan overtuigd dat Shurgard competitieve prijzen biedt en danken u dat u voor ons heeft gekozen.

Gebeld voor advies, werd adequaat en prettig te woord gestaan. Box gehuurd, sleutel aangeschaft. Spullen er in. Zeker tevreden. Verplichte verzekering, ja dat had ik kunmen missen.
