Made a tentative enquiry about a more suitable size and Jeff couldn't have been more helpful. He quickly established the most cost effective size and way forward and we have set the wheels in motion. All the staff are very helpful and always have a smile. Love the new security and accessibility, very clean and reassuringly secure space

We need to put our belongings into storage after selling our house, but haven’t yet found a new home. We called into the Hedge End branch and spoke to the staff who were extremely helpful and sorted out just what we needed - no hard sell! Have now been in and out of the storage area several times putting things in our unit and the experience couldn’t have been easier! Definitely recommend Shurgard and the Hedge End store in particular! 😁👍

absolutely awful experience. took over £100 from me without authorisation, then told me it would take 4 week for me to get that money back.

As an update. shurgard sent a message to my review saying they would help. this was a lie. all they did was get the local manager to ring me and tell me nothing new

Debbie was very helpful and greeted us with a very pleasant welcome as it was our first vist. She also located us with a different storage unit that was better suited for us. Highly recommended. Great customer service.

The staff were great and everything was easy.

I had limited experience with Shurgard as when I started to use the storage space they were Lok n' Store. The staff at the Hedeg End branch were always cheerful and friendly. I never had any concerns about the security of my belongings.

I am most impressed with the very helpful and efficient service by the staff at Shurgard Hedge End , nothing less too much trouble very clean storage units and plenty of room to manoeuvre.
