Absolutely disgusting and applying…
Absolutely disgusting and applying shurgard in kennington London. I was
subjected to the most disgusting treatment of bullying and false allegations that I caused damage ( which I didn't do) there is also an infestation of mice which shurgard kennington do nothing about so subsequently your personal belongings are ruined by mice and their droppings to which shurgard do not wish to know and are unwilling to take action against. I am currently owed £151 by shurgard which I FULLY intend to get back. Please do not book a unit at shurgard kennington.

Booked my storage unit on line which…
Booked my storage unit on line which worked very efficiently. Got my entrance code etc. by email but there was no mention in that email of the requirement to provide photo id so when I turned up my unit was locked. Luckily the office was open which is not always the case. The staff are all friendly polite and helpful so full marks there.

An exceptionally fantastic experience
An exceptionally fantastic experience. From the initial call from another representative from another branch, he pointed me in the direction of another location and advised precisely on how to set up my unit. Upon arrival at the unit, the contact at front desk was more than accommodating and talked through everything in detail and nothing was too much trouble. I have used similar units before and this experience is far, far superior to any others. Highly recommend.
