Bij aankomst bleek de unit gesloten en was er niemand bereikbaar. Tevergeefs geladen, ernaartoe gereden, gelost om kar en dan voor een gesloten unit staan. ‘s Anderendaags wel excuses maar veel te laat natuurlijk. Bij online boeking staat ook nergens heel duidelijk wat een speciale unit inhoudt wat dan weer voor verwarring kan zorgen. Slechte opvolging door Shurgard, anti-reclame.

Beste klant,
Op Google en op onze Shurgard-storepagina's kunt u de toegangsuren van al onze opslaglocaties bekijken. Zelfs als onze medewerkers niet aanwezig zijn terwijl u ons bezoekt, zijn er posters en instructies om online te worden geholpen of om een van de dichtsbijzijnde stores te bellen.
Specifieke openingstijden van stores waar onze medewerkers aanwezig zijn en klaar staan om u te helpen, zijn ook zichtbaar op onze Shurgard-website.
We verontschuldigen ons voor het ongemak, ons storeteam kijkt ernaar uit om u in de toekomst te helpen.

Weinig of geen uitleg bij aankomst -> aankomen en trek uw plan.
Binnen is het een doolhof, spreken van gang L, wij hebben geen enkele letter gezien.
Ik vraag uitleg via telefoon en je krijgt als antwoord: " Ik kan u niet helpen want ik ben van een andere vestiging".
Gelukkig was de ruimte proper anders kregen jullie een 1.
