Very very helpful staff nice & polite definitely recommend them

I was attended by Ravi and he was most helpful in filling the necessary paperwork. He took me to see the unit and explained everything I needed to know in a very polite manner.

Great place for storage at an affordable price.

Staff was quite friendly and helpful.

Only con is not with the storage itself, but with the Shurgard app defaulting to Dutch when you install it and not having a way to change language until everything is set up.

Very clean unit, friendly and helpful staff and easy car parking. Lifts available and plenty of trollies to move bits around. Would highly recommend!!! Also, Leicester tip around the corner if you need to get rid of unwanted items.

The website says first month will only cost £1, didn't mention the insurance until payments page. I feel this is at least misleading.

I called up to sign up and get a 90sq storage space. I received many calls from them and ended up going for them. I thought it's a great price, first month £33.90 then £132 each month after that.

I tried to call them after the sale was complete and I was left waiting for 20 minutes and no on picked up. I checked my bank after a couple days and they've taken 2 payments of £33.90 and another £20. Where has this come from?

I tried to call them and they tried to transfer me to the leicester base, and the call shut down. I called again and they transferred me again and the call shut down. I called again and the person on the other line cut the call and put it down. I called again and it didn't go through. I called again and the person on the phone told me to try again tomorrow.

I find this completely unfair and unexpected that more money has come out my credit card than what should have been taken. I want someone to look into this.

Happy to change my review if this is resolved and we come to an agreement.

Very courteous helpful and efficient staff on the phone and at the site. Good access and great lifting aids. Nice big room very clean and easily accessible. Iain was very helpful as he took me through my options before I chose my space. I will definitely highly recommend your company and have already started doing so.
