Ervaring 1e verhuucontract
De instructies van het bedrijf waren duidelijk en efficiënt. Verder is toegang tot de site en tot de verhuurde ruimte redelijk simpel, alles is ook proper. Er is parkeerruimte wat de verhuizing vergemakkelijkt.
Eén minpunt: voor mensen die niet over alle vereiste electronische tools beschikken is identificatie niet gemakkelijk.

Het aansluiten en de communicatie is perfect. Een groot minpunt is wel dat in het filiaal van Kessel-Lo er een aanhoudend probleem is met de toegangspoort tot de opslagruimte B

Pas très satisfait
Pas très satisfait. Les prix augmentent chaque année. On dit que c'est l'inflation. Mais un box fermé qui requiert point de personne pour entretien, ni d'energie on se demande bien comment.
Vous serez mieux si vous pouvez louer un garage.

Convenient and well organised
Its a very convenient and well organise service, with no issues that occured along the way. Using the app to open gates and navigate within the storage unit itself was very easy and the system is straight forward. Available trolleys inside the unit are also extremely helpful to carry heavy things into the unit itself. I could definitely recommend this service as it is not too far away or cut off and works extremely well.

Shurgard oplichters, geldwolven, leugenaars en vooral onbekwaam personeel
Het zijn regelrechte oplichters eerste maand was 71 Euro (dit was eind September 2022), daarna hadden we een contract waarin stond dat ik vanaf de 2de maand 225 Euro moest betalen. Na 8 maanden werd via een e-mail (nooit officieel met de post zoals het hoort) aangekondigd dat ze binnen de maand deze loods gingen opslagen met 35,15 Euro naar 260,15 Euro en nu gaan ze deze weer verhogen naar 286,36 Euro het is dezelfde periode als vorige keer. Bovendien hebben ze mij al bijna elke maand valselijk beschuldigd van niet of niet op tijd betaald te hebben. Terwijl ik steeds elke maand op tijd de 27ste betaald heb dit steeds een maand vooruit. Ik heb er mij vaak kwaad in gemaakt en e-mail terug gestuurd met PDF bewijs van de bank nooit één enkele verontschuldiging voor hun fouten, valselijke beschuldigingen. Mijn goede raad is, ga nooit met deze oplichters in zee, probeer goedkope garagebox/loods te huren of stockeer bij familie/vrienden. Ik had destijds geen andere keuze op 23/09/2022 mijn werk verliezen en 4 dagen later te horen krijgen dat ik maar 3 dagen de tijd had om mijn ongeschikt en onbewoonbare huurwoning te verlaten, waar moest ik heen met al mijn spullen kon terug bij mijn ouders intrekken, maar voor al mijn meubels en spullen was er spijtig genoeg geen plaats. Ze maken misbruik van mensen hun zwakheden en dat ze vaak geen andere keuze hebben!!!!!
