Wat een geweldig team
Wat een geweldig team! Twee super attente medewerkers hebben me vanmorgen geholpen om uit de benarde situatie met mijn fiets te komen (kleding tussen de rem) en daarna ook nog mijn fiets gerepareerd. Chapeau! Nogmaals hartelijk bedankt 🤗

We huren een ruimte van 15 m2 en ze…
We huren een ruimte van 15 m2 en ze laten ons een ruimte zien van 12 m2. Wij moeten zeggen dat het niet klopt. Reactie…. Zo staat het bij mij op het overzicht. Als je hier iedere dag mee bezig bent moet je dit direct zien.
Daarna ging het wel ok. Duidelijke uitleg hoe alles werkt en het functioneert ook zoals het moet

Ik heb alles telefonisch en tegelijk on-line kunnen regelen: het huren/huurcontract, iDIN- identificatie en automatische betaling van de huur, met duidelijke uitleg, ook over de inboedelverzekering, en terstond bevestiging per e-mail.

Due to some unforeseen circumstances I…
Due to some unforeseen circumstances I was unfortunately forced to arrive nearly at closing time. They could have asked me to return another day but instead of turning me away they spent 5 extra minutes helping me set everything.
I’m not promoting arriving at closing time but I wanted to show the kindness and understanding that they had towards my situation. I truly appreciated this. Incredible service 10/10
