Einbruch, kein Kundenservice, dreckig
Kein funktionierendes Sicherheitskonzept. Einbruch im Februar mit Aufbruch zahlreicher Lagerräume. Der Anbieter hat es nicht für nötig befunden, dies den Kunden zu kommunizieren. Lediglich von einem Vandalismus Fall war die Rede. Auch mein Raum wurde von den Einbrechern durchwühlt. Die Sachen musste man sich in einem Sammelraum zusammensuchen. Leider besteht kein gutes Sicherheitskonzept. Häufig steht die eigentlich gesicherte Einfahrt zum Gelände einfach offen, Personal ist trotz Öffnungszeiten nicht vor Ort. Auf meine mehrfache Beschwerde habe ich keine Rückmeldung erhalten. Das Gebäude ist insgesamt ungepflegt und schmutzig und mit Motten befallen.

I didn’t like that admin fee of 20 euros was charged even though we were opting for a complete digital process.

Genau passend für meine Umzugsgüter .....
Der Zugang zur Box ist ziemlich einfach, via Aufzug und ein paar Meter mit den Transportwagen. Auch die Zufahrt/ der Zugang zum Aufzug passt.
Die Erscheinung der Räume ist sauber und aufgeräumt. Auch der Zustand der Box ist einwandfrei. Einziger, kleiner Wermutstropfen ist eine Säule am rechten Rand der Box, der etwas Packgeschick erfordert.
