Great staff and an easy professional service

Haven’t had any issues with the unit itself. Large price hike which seemed out of proportion with inflation but I think once you’re in, to find a competitor and cost of moving, most people don’t have a choice. Thankfully I was about to complete on my house purchase so an end was in sight.

However, I paid to extend my unit by a week for moving date. When the removal team collected my belongings, they were told to empty the unit that day, although I had paid for an additional 4 days.

I requested a refund to be told no, not possible. How can a contract be ended without discussion and not compensate the customer?

That is wholly inappropriate.

Most important thing for a company is the staff that interact with the customer. The staff are very customer orientated. They helped me by selecting a location close to the lifts. The staff picked the box correct for my needs.

Male collegue could not have got things so wrong numerology - breaching GDPR.

Dave and the staff are amazing, they went above and beyond.
