I PAID £200 TO KEEP MY STUFF SAFE.
GOT VERBALLY ABUSED AND THEN HAD MY STUFF THROWN OUT L
BY SHURGARD ROMFORD.
TOO INTO MY BUSINESS L
I DIDNT COME HERE FOR A CONVESATION AND IVE BEEN THERE 2 MONTHS.
THEY DONT KNOW WHAT I KEEP IN THAT STORAGE UNIT.
DISGRAFUL. I FEEL SO BAD FOR GIVING ONE STAR. VERY ACTIVE ON TRUST PILOT.

Very easy process to complete,the staff at Romford were very nice to deal with and make everything nice and simple.
The storage unit itself is clean and well maintained

I called Terry at Shurguard for a quote as I needed a storage unit quickly. He was AMAZING! He broke everything down for me and emailed me a quote within minutes of our conversation. To top it off, he told me I was able to take advantage of the current promotion the company was offering! I'd highly recommend Shurguard and in particular, Terry!

Rebecca at the Romford store was very helpful and knowledgeable also friendly explaining in detail the best requirements that would suit my needs, she was absolutely 💯 fantastic

Friendly Staff and Clear Guidance

We had a lovely member of staff called Shona who talked us through everything and walked us through how we use the app to access our storage container. She also happily answered our plethora of questions to ensure that we knew what we could store and what we can't store lol. We left feeling 100% content and confident in Shurgard.

Brilliant customer service from Rebecca, she listened and was very respectful. I even thought she was the manager.
Same goes for Billy in the past, you have too members of staff who are a great asset to your company.

Great experience, excellent customer service! Friendly staffs. Automated access via Bluetooth app., don't have to worry about punching in or remembering your code all the time. Will definitely keep using Shurguard!

I dealt with Shona who presented me with various options, showed me around the units even on a bad leg so I’m really grateful for that and she showed me how to get in and out of the facility and how to get into my unit, super helpful and I left with all my questions answered and ready to get started with everything.
