Medewerkers, proces en opslagruimte top!
Na een vriendelijke ontvangst en een persoonlijke rondleiding besloten hier tijdelijk opslagruimte te huren.
Het afsluiten van een contract kan gewoon en eenvoudig online. Daarna gebeld door een medewerker om de laatste dingen door te nemen en om praktische adviezen te geven. Ik vond het alles bij elkaar een top-introductie!

Last minute nog een box nodig. Via de telefoon geregeld dat ik er z.s.m in kon.
Ook daarna nog gebeld of alles gelukt was. Ook het opzeggen ging super makkelijk! Daarna nog gebeld en daar ook weer super aardig. Dus zeer tevreden.

Het is een hele prettige manier om tijdelijk spullen op te kunnen slaan. Heel snel online te regelen en op de locatie word je goed, duidelijk en vriendelijk verdere uitleg gegeven over hoe het werkt. Alles is heel veilig en gecontroleerd. Toegang via app en sleutel, deze kun je met andere (gezins)leden gemakkelijk delen.
