Bra service o trevliga medarbetare i butiken. Det enda jag har att anmärka emot var snöröjningen vid infarten. Några gånger hade det plogats upp en valk som var mycket svår, nästan omöjligt, att forcera med släp. Sen kan jag tycka att den tvingande försäkringen är oproportionerligt dyr. In- o ut-passeringssystemet med app är mycket bra.

Väldigt oseriöst förtag vi testar en månad för 1:- verkar ju ok tyckte vi
Men vad vi bedrog oss första månaden kostar 310:- alltså 309:- dyrare än reklamen

Svårkontaktade och inte säkrade
Shurgard säger att de har koll på vilka som är i lokalen och att de har ett jättebra vaktbolag. Men om man kommer vid stängning stänger de grindarna exakt 23. Då kan man inte komma ut efter. Heller finns det något journummer man kan ringa. Vaktbolagetsnummer står ingenstans förutom inne i hissen. Riktigt dåligt. Känns inte alls säkert att ha sina saker där om de faktiskt har noll koll på vilka som är vid lokalen.

Bra hjälp med att byta förråd …
Fick otroligt bra hjälp med att byta förråd på ett smidigt sätt och att ladda ner rätt app. Bemötandet var fantastiskt och jag är mycket glad och nöjd.

Förbättringsmöjlighet vad gäller funktionalitet app samt för liten yta för parkering och körning på området.
1. Det tog mycket lång tid att få de av er automatgenererade koderna in till anläggningen att fungera till följd att vi var tvungna att ta oss ert kontor med släp för att få ny kod. Detta istället för att personal tog sig till anläggningen och löste problemet.
2. Det är mycket trångt kring anläggningen på danmarkagatan. Risk för skador på bil och släp och trängsel.
3. Bra lokaler och struktur inne i byggnaden. Fräscha lokaler och bra hiss.
4. Hjälsam personal på anläggningen.

The position of storage also is very good because you have access to the highway to Stockholm and easy access to the city of Uppsala.
