I just ended my term with Shurgard after 6 months.
Samuel's customer service was 10/10. Was helpful from beginning to end.
Any queries I had was resolved without delay.
Samuel was very helpful, polite, and cheerful. A great ambassador representative, every company should have a Samuel 🙂

Good local manager in Watford Shurgard
Initially there were some problems with the automated security that were of concern but the local representative Sam was very helpful and got them resolved. He is very helpful and a real asset to the company

Customer service was amazing. Really friendly and knowledgeable. Was able to give me prices of storage units that suits my needs. I’m moving house in the next 3 months and needed to start looking for somewhere to store some things.

Sam the manager was just an absolute…
Sam the manager at Watford was just an absolute joy to speak too, I went there to enquire about some space with another branch and he happily showed me around and was so helpful, friendly and informative! I would recommend anyone to go and speak to him of you need some storage space, every workplace should have someone like him.

First time visit - Brilliant Service & Premises
Although I had no reason to go there personally I had to visit to deal with a deceased relation's storage unit. Met Sam ,who was a super guy & could not have been more helpful. He even knew my brother in law, which shows they know their clients.
On a subsequent visit to actually remove items Adam, (area manager) helped out with the exercise.
You don't get service like that these days!
Overall, spacious, clean, well laid out premises - what else could you ask for ?
