Ich habe kurzfristig telefonisch einen Lagerraum gebucht. Die telefonische Beratung war einfach super! Alle meine Fragen wurden kompetent beantwortet. Wir sind die Vermietung telefonisch gemeinsam durchgegangen und alles hat einwandfrei funktioniert auch mit der digitalen Verifizierung. Der Lagerraum ist einwandfrei und auch der Zugang war unkompliziert per App.

Grundsätzlich problemlos
Grundsätzlich problemlos, lediglich Öffnung Tor etc. über Bluetooth funktionierte nicht, war aber über Code möglich.

Wer ein Lagermöglichkeit sucht wird…
Wer ein Lagermöglichkeit sucht wird hier definitiv fündig. Von Buchen bis zum Einlagern funktioniert alles problemlos und einwandfrei.
Mit der passenden App kann man nur mit seinem Smartphone Zugang zu seinem Lagerraum bekommen.
Noch nie so eine unkomplizierte Lagerraum Anmietung gehabt.

Treppen
Ich weiß nicht, ob das möglich ist, aber ich finde es besser, wenn man auch über ein Treppenhaus zu seinem Lager kommen würde. Ansonsten bin ich von Shurgard sehr begeistert!

Alles in allem eine gute Lösung zur Lagerung
Der Zugang zum Gelände ist unproblematisch, auch mit größeren Fahrzeugen. Die Fläche um Entladen ist ausreichend bemessen. Die Gänge sind ausreichend breit und durchweg gut beleuchtet. Der Aufzug ist groß, jedoch passen nicht zwei Transportwagen, von welchen sich bislang stets einige am Lastenaufzug befanden, zugleich hinein. Die App zum entriegeln der Aufzugsbedienung funktioniert nicht immer. Es ist somit ratsam, den Zugangscode greifbar zu haben.

Von Buchung bis zur Verfügungstellung war der Prozess einfach und reibungslos. Nachdem ich die Buchung online tätigte, rief mich gleich eine sehr freundliche Mitarbeiterin an, um noch einige Details zu klären bzw. Angaben zu verifizieren. Da ich das erste Mal einen Lagerplatz anmietete, hatte ich einige Fragen, welche sie mir nicht nur sehr gern, aber auch sehr sachkundig beantwortete. Rundum eine gute Erfahrung!
