This company was recommended to me by a family member. From start to finish the people I dealt with Lisa who came out measured and advised and William in the office were professional, friendly and fabulous. The man who fitted them (sorry I can't remember your name) worked very tidy and was a very nice person.
I can recommend this company whole heartily.

Having to wait 12 weeks is one thing but when they turned up fitted within an hour and looked great.

Great initial visit by Nadine, who was professional, honest, funny and did not rush us into making a decision. Was open to me ringing, texting or emailing with queries and very quick to get back to me.
Shutters came in ahead of schedule and a fitting was arranged for the following week, this has to be rescheduled due to the fitter having an accident, but it was booked a week later where it went ahead with no issues. Fitter arrived a little earlier than planned but did a great job and very little un-recyclable rubbish to dispose of.
Very happy with service from start to finish and would definitely recommend.

Delivery was much later than stated at first quotation. However service, product and fitting were of the highest quality.

We are extremely pleased with our new shutters. We have had lots of compliments. Had a couple of hiccups along the way but overall 1st class blinds and Lee was an excellent fitter. The office ladies were very helpful and friendly. Would definitely recommend. Thank you.

I have now had my whole house done with shutters from Shuttercraft. Great product, great quality, great service and friendly people. They have been brilliant from first to last. Five stars all the way.

Unfortunately on this occasion a very poor service. Andrew (a surveyor!) initially came to measure for 2 windows. Brandon came to fit only to be told that they were the wrong frames. Brandon was brilliant and temporarily fitted the bathroom shutter until the new frame comes in. The landing shutter was totally wrong and had to have Lee come out to re measure only to be told that we would not be able to have a blind there!! so wasted 19 weeks for a blind only to be told they can't do it. Everyone blaming everyone else. A quick refund was made and just having to wait for the new frame.
