The actual shutters are good quality
The actual shutters are good quality. The man who fitted them was brilliant. It's the person who measured the windows in the first place was the problem. Out of three windows and a French door. One window and door fitted as they should. One shutter frame was 15mm to short and had to remade. The other window the actual opening was not the same height on both sides. If this had been highlighted at the time of measuring we may not have had the shutters fitted to that window. We now have to live with a strip of white upvc across the top.

Great shutters and great service
Great service from the Swindon Shuttercraft team, from the initial survey visit to the installation, there was good communication throughout. The quality of product and installation is excellent, we’ve used them in a couple of houses and are never disappointed with results.

A very quick and easy process
A very quick and easy process. Staff were excellent on the phone, email etc and also when they came to measure up. Fitting was excellent and no mess at all. Would highly recommend the Swindon Branch.

The person who fitted the shutters also came to measure. The shutters fitted perfectly on the fitting day, The person was very professional.

From Quote to installation, everything was professional. I am so pleased with our shutters it makes the room feel larger. They have been in for over a month now, but every time a walk into the room they make me smile as they look so good.

They delivered what they promised
They delivered what they promised. The only thing is the blinds are made in China so you have to wait the time frame they tell you which is quite a wait.

High Quality Installation
This is the second time we have had shutters from Shuttercraft fitted. We have Victorian home built by somebody who didn't appear to have a set square. But each time Shuttercraft have fitted their product as if our house was perfectly angled. Oh, and the shutters are really good as well!

A big thank you to Marcus who was clearly experienced and fitted the shutters quickly to a high standard and left everything clean and tidy.
So glad we decided to have the whole house done as every room now looks so different. We are really satisfied, a fantastic job.
