I'm very impressed with shutters and with Shuttercraft. The shutters are very good quality and so flexible in use. I had them designed so that they could be easily opened to reveal the full window - as if you were drawing back curtains. However, now they are in, I suspect that won't happen very often. By adjusting the louvres you can get a useful balance between privacy and letting the light into the room. Something you can't get with curtains or blinds. Two windows didn't lend themselves to fitting shutters and in those windows I had venetian blinds. They are such a good match with the shutters they compliment each other well.
Finally, I cannot fault either the fit or the fitting. I am more than pleased with my purchase.
