Bad sizings, lacking descriptions, uncomfy material

I got some nylon trousers from here. The main material is nice, however it’s ruined by them having a mesh lining - which was not mentioned in the description. It’s quite irritating and leaves dimples in the skin after sitting even briefly.

There are no proper sizings either - it’s just Small, Medium, Large etc. rather than written in centimeters or inches. The only vague help is a caption “model is 6’3, 30” waist, 67kg and wears Medium”. Well, those happen to be my exact stats too, so I went with that. And when they arrived, they barely fit over my knees. Usually I go for a Small. So I sent back to an exchange which they did relatively quickly which was nice. I swapped for a Large which does fit over my hips thankfully, but still a bit snug.

Seems like none of the products on the rest of the site use conventional sizing methods either.

I was also slightly off put by their returns policy saying “nothing in the sale can be returned” which is flat out against consumer law in the UK - no excuses. Especially since pretty much everything seems to be perpetually ‘on sale’ there. So I probably wouldn’t place any future orders, especially large ones, despite having some cool designs on there.

FRAUDSTERS!!! ORDER WITH RISK!!

BAD EXPERIENCE WITH SIARR. REFUSING REFUND DESPITE MEETING CONSUMER RIGHTS REGULATIONS. ITEMS RETURNED WITHIN 14 DAYS BUT ARE STILL NOT GIVING ME MY MONEY BACK! IM NOW BLOCKED FROM ACCESSING MY SIARR ACCOUNT!

Extremely disappointing experience with…

Extremely disappointing experience with this company.

I recently tried to resolve an issue with an item that is brand new and completely unworn, but the company refused to help simply because the item was purchased during a sale. Their response was that they have a “strict policy” and make no exceptions, regardless of the circumstances. Instead of offering a proper resolution, they only offered a credit note, which I do not want.

What’s frustrating is that the item is in perfect, unused condition, yet they are unwilling to make any reasonable exception. The responses I received simply repeated that their terms and conditions were available at checkout and that the matter would not be taken any further.

After looking online, I also noticed that many other customers have reported the exact same issue. That suggests the policy is not as clear as they claim during the purchasing process. If so many people are misunderstanding it, then it clearly needs to be made much clearer before people place an order.

Good customer service should involve at least some flexibility, especially when an item is unused and in perfect condition. Refusing to help at all just because the item was bought during a sale feels unreasonable and very poor from a customer service perspective.

If you’re considering ordering from this company, make sure you read their policies very carefully, especially around sale items, because if anything goes wrong you may only be offered a credit note with no other option. Overall a very frustrating experience and not the level of service I would expect.

We understand that situations like this can be frustrating. However, our returns policy is applied consistently to all customers and is not something we are able to negotiate or make exceptions to. The terms regarding sale items are clearly outlined within our returns policy and are available to review before completing a purchase. As with any online retailer, it is the customer’s responsibility to ensure they have read and understood a company’s policies before placing an order.

In this instance, although the item may be unworn, the order was placed during a sale period and therefore falls under the conditions stated in our policy. As outlined, sale items are eligible for a credit note rather than a refund, which is the option that was offered.

You mentioned that you expected some flexibility in this situation. However, just because an exception was not granted does not mean that poor customer service has been provided. We treat every customer equally and apply our policies consistently to ensure fairness. Making exceptions on an individual basis would ultimately be unfair to other customers who have adhered to the same terms.

While we appreciate your feedback, we feel it is unfair to suggest that we do not provide good customer service simply because we have followed the returns policy that was clearly communicated at the time of purchase.

We appreciate you sharing your experience and hope this clarifies our position.

Not the best quality

Cheap prices and fast delivery, but the quality isn’t great. The seam on the jogging bottoms started to unravel after only a few wears, and the hoodie shrank noticeably after one wash. It’s a shame because I really liked this tracksuit – it’s very comfortable and looks good – but the overall quality is pretty disappointing.

While we always aim for consistent quality occasionally a product can be faulty. If you had contacted our customer service team directly, we would have been more than happy to rectify the matter as quickly as possible.

In regards to shrinkage, all our garments are pre washed. When washed in a accordance to our care instructions provided, there would be no affect on the garment, however washing at a high temperature or tumble drying can cause shrinkage, as this is the natural behaviour of cotton fabric.

Great quality clothing and excellent customer service. Minor issue was resolved quickly and efficiently with no detriment to me.

If i could say no stars i would

If i could say no stars i would. This company has a clear returns policy, which if you dare to question meets with a no help policy.
Having received an item which was the wrong size we were advised to return. It was part of a matching set and as such we just wanted a replacement in the correct size to match the other items. After questioning, we were advised item was out of stock and not due in for over a month. We queried what we should do as it was part of the set (within the returns policy timeline) however despite accepting the return and giving us the returns label we were then advised by the time they were returned it was outside of their policy. We are now informed that we are stuck with two pairs of joggers that match nothing and now had to pay £5 for the privilege of having them sent back. This was reluctantly done after the email response was probably the worst ever received from any company. Unsurprisingly we are still not in receipt of the items and have wasted £105 on a tracksuit we cant complete.

Never buy from this company their customer service is shocking.
