So far very pleased
Once we started our procedure with sick holidays our service received has been very quick and hastle free, the staff are helpful and understanding.
We are still in the process of our claim but are very pleased with our service received thus far.

Quick and easy
Cannot fault the member of staff who dealt with me. He was very polite and listened to everything I was saying. The whole process was quick and easy to do. Well done sick holiday. Will be recommending you to friends.

Honest, honourable, helpful and very knowledgeable.
Proper care cuts out the risk of food poisoning. In my case a ski holiday to an Austrian resort was ruined by the kitchen staff not washing their hands properly, Sick holiday fought my corner, supporting the solicitor, to secure fair compensation.

Success after failed complaint to the tour operator.
We complained to our tour company and got nowhere, after hearing this on the radio we contacted Sickholiday. We found the team at really helpful, the process took around 9 months which was slightly longer than expected but both myself and my partner were paid out around £2,000 each. I would highly recommend them.
