Der Versand hat gut funktioniert. Das Produkt ist aber mehr als billiger Schrott...

The item for sale was MISREPRESENTED! In the video, it showed a steel torsion bar approximately 1.5mm thick. Upon delivery, the item came with a 3mm thick PLASTIC torsion bar.
This means 2 things, 1) the torsion bar cannot fit into a padlock keyhole and 2) the PLASTIC torsion bar would bend and snap in a larger keyhole, yet the 3 x 1.5mm steel probes would serve no purpose in the larger key hole! I Contacted the seller via email and received replies on more than 3 occasions, trying to remedy the issue. The final received email apologised to me stating they were only a mailing agent and not the actual business supplier. They first offered me a 4 Euros refund, then they upped it to 8 Euros. This was quoted as being for the high postage rate to return the items. This would mean that in FACT, I would have still have paid 26 Euros to keep the 2 purchased devices, which still CANNOT BE USED! In the UK, the trades descriptions Act protects customers from being mis-sold items and usually protects against companies MISREPRESENTING their products. STEER CLEAR of this company, if my experience is anything to go by. Had there been a STEEL Torsion bar supplied and as demonstrated in their sales video on Facebook, I would not have needed to go through this pain! I am currently awaiting the outcome of my Pay Pal case in regards to this purchase. Also, I was asked to submit a review on the sideexcept.com feedback review via direct email to me under Order Number 56510M105177. Most of the above was sent to them on Sunday 16th August 2026. I have registered this feedback for the purchase date and not the 4 follow-up email dates, attempting to return the 2 items and get a full refund with no postage costs levelled against me!

Product received is of good quality and condition but not exactly as advertised. The books are much smaller than how they're portrait in the commercial and the pens feel a little fluffy or weak. Over all is a good purchase just not exactly what expected.

Malísima calidad, no se parece en nada a lo que compré. Un engaño.

I ordered an item in May. It's August 4 and I still haven't received it. They are showing that it's in the USA but I no longer want the item. I wouldn't use this company again.

Voelt slapjes aan. De haak om de cylinder te draaien is van plastic en te dik om in slot te passen. Op foto werd een dunne ijzeren haak getoond.

Item not too bad. As described and does the trick.
