I’ve never made a deposit here, yet they have been spam calling me with “offers” for deposit bonuses from different numbers. I told them to not call me. This site reeks of a scam.

I started playing this site in January. At that time it was quite good. A lot of deals, and they would keep giving you deals even with a balance, so it was possible to get over the $100 minimum withdrawal level.

In the past few weeks though, almost no deals, and then this morning they suspended my account permanently for no clear reason. I had a $32 balance. Something is going on with this company. It gives me “going bankrupt” vibes. I wouldn’t recommend putting any money into it now.

I was able to turn $50 into $1050 playing one of their blackjack games. I put in my redemption request on 05/08, which was a Friday, and I just got an email from Aeropay saying that my redemption has been processed and that I should be getting my money tomorrow. All of the other reviews are a little misleading to me and had me worried a little that I wasn’t going to get my money, but keep in mind that i created this account over a year ago and have been verified for a while, so maybe that has something to do with it. Also, I read somewhere that requesting a redemption through a bank transfer is much quicker for some reason, which I can honestly tell by the other reviews because everybody who is complaining that they aren’t getting paid quickly mentions Coinflow, which is the company that does the card transfer, but if you do a bank transfer then it is through Aeropay.

However, their support team still hasn’t responded to 3 emails I sent so that is a big downside, and I probably won’t be playing on this site again just to safe incase my experience was just a one time thing. If I were y'all I would probably just play at a more trustworthy side just to be safe.

I have been waiting on my redemption for 10 days now with absolutely no communication from sidepot. I have sent numerous emails but have received no response. Customer service is non existent

It's a rip off site. Never had a redeem in a year. You can play 50$ and not get a bonus. Use to give 1$ a day sign in now its .20 and when u do spend money and buy a pack it's not gonna last long. The low rating explains it along with the other reviews that I wish I would of read before trying it. I've learned now to look on trustpilot before trying any casino

Worst place, play if you want to loose money with out any bonuses. Customer support sucks and redemption takes forever, they want to cancel redemption and loose money here.

Well its been 7 days since ce redemption request was submitted and it still shows pending !! Contact support and get the usual BS replies high volume of redemption requests. We are doing our best to get yours processed in a timely manner!! Blah blah blah! Then they have the balls to suggest i switch my redemption from debit card to bank transfer with aeropay!! Yeah great idea so I can start this ridiculous waiting game over from the beginning.. apparently the phrase repeat business is lost on them don't waste your time.

This site is acting scummy now. I've never had a problem cashing out before, but it's been a week and my redemption is still under review. I cancelled one of my redemptions and lost it all. I know it’s gambling, but the timing is too suspicious; I’ve been doing low spins and haven’t profited once since that cancellation. They’re holding our money hostage. I’ve used so many casinos and have never dealt with anything like this.

I loved this casino for quite sometime but never was lucky enough to redeem any winnings until recently. Well my first redemption was an awesome experience I redeemed it on 3/1 and was in my account 3/3 which was impressive because first redemptions onsweep casinos are all over the board with timelines and normally take the longest when its your first. Then I won again and redeemed 3/10 and have not been paid and getting the same automated AI bot responses telling me the redemption team will contact me and they never do. I have contacted probably like 10 times which the last time was today and now they are just not responding so that's cool. Super frustrated with them and just want to be paid so I can avoid it in the future at all costs.

When it comes to your redemption you will get lied to and told Coinflow is experiencing issues.After I emailed Coinflow and was told no issues I emailed Sidepot with that proof and now they ignore me.
Can you just payout my winnings please instead of making me wait longer than 3-5 business days.You do this to everyone.Gonna stop spending money on your site. This place really fell off bad... Went from one of the better places to one of, if not THE worst almost overnight.

First, they used to advertise "PrOvaBlY FaiR!" All over the website. Then one week people in their Discord and elsewhere started asking for said "proof". Their response was to immediately ban anyone asking for it, and remove the lie from their website. Proving it was a complete lie and that they absolutely cannot prove they are fair, which just goes to prove they most definitely are not fair whatsoever. Obviously. They have one of the worst RTP settings across all games compared to everyone else BY FAR. Your odds of winning anything here is infinitely worse than almost any other site. This has been shown by thousands of people doing thousands of tests and frankly... It's just painfully obvious after a few weeks to months of play.

Second, they removed almost every SINGLE profitable slot over night, and most of the popular ones based on what their internal stats were showing people were actually winning even a tiny little bit from, showing how disgusting these Brltlsh troglodytes are even more so.

And now... They lowered their previously reasonable, not generous, but at least reasonable daily bonus (something they are objectively and undeniably required by LAW to maintain and provide to ALL players. Period. In order to even operate at all. And the amount has to be reasonable, not just pennies) to a frankly insulting and pathetic amount that in no way meets the law requirements and is a slap in the face to those of us that paid money to them in the past. They lowered it for ALL players regardless of how much said player had spent in the past as well. Proving they don't value or care about loyalty whatsoever and are just greedy crumpet munchers.

And the last ridiculous insult and betrayal to the players who supported them... They removed the 30 free spins offered once per week per player for meeting certain requirements on the website, which was a HUGE bonus and a much loved feature that is one of biggest reasons people played here. And before removal, they kept changing which game the spins were for to a worse and worse game over time as they found worse slots that gave nothing back each week until they just removed it completely.

Oh and as a cute little bonus betrayal... Now they take weeks to pay out... And that's if you are lucky enough to get paid at all after they try and use every nasty little scheme there is to try and get out of it. "Oh we decided you have multiple accounts even though you've cashed out many times before and even though we had no problem taking thousands of dollars from you, but now that you want to redeem $100, we decided to lie like scum!"
And other favorites we have all seen 1000 times from the shady trash companies that have popped up all over in the past.

There is absolutely no reason to play here over the dozens of good websites out there that offer all of the same things these poor fools do, but also offer infinitely more and won't scam you and are generous and reward loyalty.

Dont spend money here. Maybe someday they will realize nasty greed won't work for them long term and that they made a swathe of terrible decisions that will most likely lead to their demise shortly. And if they apologize for their greed and go back to when they were at least somewhat decent and trustworthy, then we might play there again. If its not far too late by the time that might happen... Which wont be long until its over for them.

You are literally stupid if you play here. Any people saying that they redeemed here is lying to you, fake reviews. I'm reporting this site. I hope you scammers rot in hell-o!

Maybe I should've read these reviews before playing this site... finally won after 7 months then they take forever to get you your $. When you finally find how to reach support they are rude to you. Best part was the $1 daily bonus but they changed it to .20 cents every 6 hours and it's been 18 hours since I got it but can't get it no matter what I do. Waste of money and time.

Also, if you do win don't contact support asking about it because they just say they have an unusual amount of redemptions and it gonna take longer than usual. I know it to be false because it took me 7 months to even win $100. Stay away from here, you won't get anything from it but a headache.

I requested a $350 redemption from Sidepot Social Casino on March 18, 2026. The site states redemptions are processed within 3–5 business days.

When the payment did not arrive, I opened multiple support tickets and was told there were “technical issues with Coinflow” but that the redemption would still be processed. I reached out to Coinflow and found out they are fully operational with no known processing delays. That is just an excuse. They haven’t even approved my request or attempted to send; so how could coinflow be to blame??

The redemption is now well beyond the stated processing timeframe, and despite several support requests requesting a manager to review and process my winnings; I still have not received the payout or a clear response. I think the people responding are simply AI and do not actually do anything. I will think long and hard before depositing my money here again. This is shady behavior.

I've used this site plenty times before and not had a problem with getting my redemption but for the last week actually going on two weeks now I've still not received a redemption that I initially submitted in the beginning of March and now had to resubmit at the end of March if you use these guys dont there's better sites with better redemption processes with zero issues

i liked playing at sidepot but there redemption stinks i have been waiting since march 12 for my money and whenever i contact support they tell me its still within the time frame they will get no more of my money and that redemption will sit there till it is paid
i am changing this review because i finally got an honest customer service person who said the way i was asking for payout was holding things up changed it sunday and got an email today it will be in my bank tomorrow

My first time Redeeming went through fine. This time not so good. I did a redemption on March 13 and I'm still waiting. I have emailed not getting any response back. That stupid ass robot message keep saying the same thing. uck sidepot they want get anymore of my money.

Probably one of the worst websites on the markets. Imagine doing over 2000 spins and not getting a single bonus. Imagine putting over thousands of dollars in it, and not even winning $10. Please do not touch his website and run away. They are a scammer. I have reported to the state already. I want them taken down. Do not sign up here.

I'm confused by the negative reviews. this place has consistently good promos and I win often. Payout has almost always been completed within 48 hours. one of my favorite places to play.
