This company‘s website is extremely inaccessible, considering it’s specialises in products for disabled people.
Part of the problem, is that it was developed by people who actually have no idea about accessibility or accessibility needs. The company focus is purely on making money. Also, the overall design of the website hasn’t been updated in years. AA completely redesigned website taking into account the latest accessibility technique for Web building would be the way forward in the future.

I am a totally blind customer and think the Braille Doodle is really good for both sighted and none sighted. My son teaches all sorts of abilities and finds it very useful too.

Sight & Sound have been very helpful in what to do on updating my older version of JAWS. I thought I would need to purchase the newest version, but they managed to sort out an Upgrade at a special offer price. This has proved to be such a good improvement, I'm delighted.

I was able to place the order for my JAWS SMA online without any problem. The order was processed very quickly (within a couple of days) and I now have a JAWS SMA right up to JAWS 2028. Thank you Sight and Sound!

I am registered blind and have always found the team to be helpful. I have used ZoomText for many many years. It is a god send to my communication and indepenence .

I up graded to ZT FUSION in 2020. However, due to changes to a subscriptio based service, I now require to pay an additional £900 for new software updates as updates for my version of software is nolonger available for Microsoftsystems.
Thisonly provides a 2yr subscriptionand further paymentswill result which is unafordable.

The seller does not do a yearly subscription so I can't use this vital software which has revolutionised my life.
True example of the cost and ineqaulity of being disabled in a sighted world.
