The friendly but professional approach from Katie and Emma West I would describe as second to none. There have been a few bumps in the road from the beginning through to the end and yet I have always had an innate confidence in them both to provide support and reassurance and keep everything on track, going above and beyond in a number of circumstances in order to make us feel at ease. This stems from their compassionate and sincere customer service which requires acknowledgement and recognition. Exploring options and taking the leap to purchase a property is a huge deal which I can confidently say has been made more unambiguous by the regular consultations, guidance and assistance from both Katie and Emma as an efficient and competent team. To summarise, I cannot put a value on the service we have received from signature, and specifically Katie and we will furthermore be recommending their service at any given opportunity.
