We bought a sign from their website and when it arrived, we were satisfied with the quality of the product. But each of our crew members was equally concerned about its installation, as it was our first sign outside of the cafe, so we were a bit nervous. When the installer came, he easily installed it and told us he was amazed by the quality and the smooth screw spacing. We definitely recommend them for their sign as it is already attracting the customers and stands out from other cafes nearby.

My sign was not explained well. I haven't had anyone that's able to put it up from how complicated it is. I asked for the backboard after because no one is able to put it up and that was another additional expense that no one wants to pay after paying so much for the original sign. Sad to say I had to worst experience. I just have a sign in the box.

Working with franchise means everything has to be done by the book and these guys totally got that.
