I have extensive use with Docusign. This was not quite as intuitive as I was expecting but once I played around with it, I was able to figure out most things. So far the features and functionality have been able to accomplish what I need with an electronic signing app.

No like having to accept invitation to sign
I do not like the fact that the signee and signor has to accept an invitation to acess the form. This is my first time using this program, I prefer docusign.

Docusign uses exactly the same form of email invitations, actually.
This is a generally standard practice on the eSignature market since email is the easiest and the fastest way to verify who is viewing/signing the document.
We also have the option of invites sending via SMS directly to users' phones. Is this something that might interest you? If so, please email support@signnow.com, one of our agents will assist you ASAP.
