Brilliant, customer service. Worked around my schedule and were super quick. They looked after me start to finish and got the job done.

I chose Signs Express based on their good reviews, but my experience was very disappointing. Despite providing all the correct files, mock-ups, and images, the main image on the back of my van came out blurred. They claimed I hadn’t given them the right file — which is untrue. Another company later redid the job perfectly using the exact same files.

I had to return to have the artwork replaced because Signs Express said the file wasn’t large enough. My appointment was booked for 8 a.m., but the employee arrived 45 minutes late, delaying my workday.

The applied artwork also had a visible white edge of about 10 mm that should have been trimmed before installation. It looks poor and unprofessional, and reapplying it properly may now damage the paint.

I eventually used Fastsigns in Hammersmith, who did an excellent job, though at extra cost. If Signs Express had done their job properly, this would not have been necessary. I won’t be using their services again.

Did exactly what I asked, on time and the quality was spot on. Checked with me even though I sent a purchase order for clarification. 5 stars

Very straightforward dealing with Signs Express in Worcester. Good advice on the kind of sign that would best suit our requirements; clear instructions on how to present the artwork; simple, fast production process; and good quality finished product. Very happy with the job.

On initial enquiry to a number of companies regarding a new facia sign for our office, Nass was the only one to make a site visit and discuss our specific requirements. This was followed up promptly by a reasonable quotation and manufacture and erection on receipt of our order. Excellent service both in design and execution.

They made a banner for me in quick time. I needed it pretty much the next day and they even drove to me to drop it off. Great ethics and quality. I needed a menu in quick time for a festival food stall.
