Payment of Rs more than 5K not credited
The winnings are good, I won many times sometimes bumpers too.
But the customer service is pathetic.
My public chat have been disabled since 10 days. Complaining daily but no solution.
Payments of less than 10K are good and timely but I recently made a withdraw of Rs 38000/- it have been almost a week. But I have not received my withdraw till date.
Talked to customers service daily. Always same answer " Wait for 24 hrs",
But it's been almost a week and still payment not received.

I have lost cash from my sikwin account 5 times in three consecutive days all records of it are safe in my phone from screenshot to screen recording video I contacted customer care after that they told me that this happened because of cp maintenance I have lost 5 times in three consecutive days my balance so far I have It has not received any response, I find it a bit hard to believe that a casino this big has maintenance going on for three days straight, As this happens, the confidence of the person playing on that game platform is losing confidence in the game, which I bring to your notice.

Lovely Hello to everyone ... My name is nikhil form India .. i use sikwin application last for 2 years . I just want to tell about the customer support services ... Very bad service bcz no one read massage properly and it's all depends on AI ..... I have around 1300 rupees in my account but now it's showing zero I talk. To customer about this for last 4-5 days but they told me ae platform on maintenance but it's a wrong info. And ignored me

Hi,i played casino online games on sikwin platform,deposited amounts to them and after I win the game,I have applied for withdrawal which they are not doing since one week and no response from their customer support team,sikwin is fraud platform and cheating people,pls don't play and use this platform to avoid to loose ur amount,I have all proofs which i tried reaching their licensed country which they denied of their membership.
