Use Caution when ordering from Silkletter…

I have successfully used Silkletter repeatedly over several years. When I first ordered from them they were responsive and helpful. Over the last year and a half their customer service and delivery times have tanked.

They make promised delivery times then do not meet those times. The last three times I have called immediately after placing the order to ensure delivery would be on time. When it is clear that the delivery will not be made on time, I contact them. Each time they claim there is no record of the promised delivery time so they are in compliance with their delivery schedule.

This is a lie...their representative literally just told me that today...I told them to go back and review their call records to confirm delivery time and I have not heard back from them. Their order will be late and that repeated tardiness is impacting my customer relationships.

Their products are fine, if you have no deadline and can afford for them to be days or weeks late then it is probably safe to order from them, however if you have anytime of event or customer time I would NOT order from them.

They have been repeatedly non-responsive to both messages left and emails sent regarding the issues.
Additionally, they have failed to apply promised discounts to one of the orders.

I wish I would've read these reviews…

I wish I would've read these reviews before I purchased from this most unprofessional joke of a company.

I ordered my items a month before Christmas as they promised a 10 day turnaround. It is December 27th and I have not received anything even after several attempts to get my order sent.

I requested a refund on the 23rd, as it was obvious I would not get my items by Christmas and four days later I have no response.

I will be submitting complaints to the BBB and any payment platforms they use. Do not buy from this company, it's a scam!

I placed orders for 5 items; 3 to be imprinted and 2 to be blank. One of the orders was canceled because they no longer had it in stock but they never notified me of it. I found out when I logged in to see the status and had to ask why it was canceled. The 3 items to be personalized were late. I tried messaging them 3 weeks after the order was placed when they said they would ship in 2 weeks. It took over a month to get them and that was after spending 2 weeks trying to get an answer. The non personalized item took a month to get when they were supposed to ship in 7-10 business days. The product came with blank stickers on the front when the website shows them as just the plastic front. That is false advertising. After another 3 weeks, they want me to pay for shipping and a 20% restocking fee for their mistake; false advertising. Pat in the chat kept telling me they would check on my order status and never coming back. I called and left several messages for a solid 2 weeks before I ever got a person to answer the phone and they never returned a phone call. I emailed, got an auto confirmation back and yet, no one responded until after I finally got someone to answer the phone. Worst customer service I've ever dealt with. Orders were placed 7.25.25 and 7.29.25. I did not get a single order or response until the 8.23.25. Yesterday, 9.8.25 is when they said I can send them back and pay the restocking fee. I'm all done with this company.

Silkletter was so easy to work with

Silkletter was so easy to work with, very patient with our decision makers, and the product came out better than expected! The printing is so crisp and clean - on fabric! We will definitely use them again and recommend them!

Never again...

I've used Silkletter for many years for totes and notebooks. Unfortunately regardless of the decent quality of their product, their customer service response by Pat was completely unacceptable. I was guaranteed receipt of our product by our event date. Was promised the order on time even over multiple emails where I expressed concern about the order being received in time. The timing was committed to and they sent the products out two days before they were to arrive at our event site. Half the order was received two days late but still in time for our event participants to receive the item. The rest were not received until AFTER the event was over. I was told that they could be returned for a partial refund and then when I addressed the issue after the event - Pat informed me that they could not be returned due to the fact that they were not sent with expedited delivery - which I was never instructed to do in the first place when discussing delivery date OR the promised refund. It's a shame that over a $200 or so refund Silkletter would end a ten year plus business relationship. There are way too many options out there now for this to be their level of service. Price doubled, dishonest inventory reporting.

Price doubled. colors off. placed 4 orders, 3 of the orders had insufficient stock requiring substitutions and delayed shipping. Their website never reflects actual inventory. All this was tolerable at the initial price, not double. Quality of item is marginal for cost. Moving on to different vendor.

They Canceled Order, NO Communication

"I placed an order on 12/16 for a product that was suppose to be delivered 12/30. On 1/3 when I still hadn't heard anything I went online to find my order had been canceled. When I reached out to them they informed me that the product I ordered was back ordered and that they tried to call me but couldn't reach me. They didn't use the email they had on file nor did they leave a voicemail when they called. When I questioned all of this I was just told, Sorry. I will never order from this company again. Their lower product costs could cost you in the end when you don't have any product!"

The cups look great! Do think it would be useful if you can show items as being on stock on the website as it took me several days of back and forth to find one that was available.

Overdue notices BEFORE I even order?!

We were going back-and-forth so that the design could be right on the bottles I was thinking about ordering and before they got it right, they started sending me invoices as if I had already ordered it. They even started sending me overdue notices. I was very impressed with them until they did that. They had good prices but now I am very nervous to do business with them.

I have received my masks and I love…

I have received my masks and I love them. The ear holder is what I was looking for to be very comfortable. I will again re-order in the future when I am running short of the masks I currently own. Thank you very much for your quality service and customer service as well.
