Use Caution when ordering from Silkletter…
I have successfully used Silkletter repeatedly over several years. When I first ordered from them they were responsive and helpful. Over the last year and a half their customer service and delivery times have tanked.
They make promised delivery times then do not meet those times. The last three times I have called immediately after placing the order to ensure delivery would be on time. When it is clear that the delivery will not be made on time, I contact them. Each time they claim there is no record of the promised delivery time so they are in compliance with their delivery schedule.
This is a lie...their representative literally just told me that today...I told them to go back and review their call records to confirm delivery time and I have not heard back from them. Their order will be late and that repeated tardiness is impacting my customer relationships.
Their products are fine, if you have no deadline and can afford for them to be days or weeks late then it is probably safe to order from them, however if you have anytime of event or customer time I would NOT order from them.
They have been repeatedly non-responsive to both messages left and emails sent regarding the issues.
Additionally, they have failed to apply promised discounts to one of the orders.
