Total Fraud. Placed order Dec 13. Received tracking # Jan 3 but USPS never received the item. Only AI for customer service. No response after multiple emails
Don't waste your time or money. They should be investigated

Total FRAUDS!!!!

I placed an order on 12/11/24 with an expected delivery date of 1/9/25. I understood somewhat as it was the holiday season. However, I never received an email to say that my order was shipped. I only received an email that the shipping label had been created. The status of shipping didn’t change for two weeks. So I emailed them just to get a reply from an AI bot. When I responded to the reply a live person apologized for the delay but still gave no shipping g information. I replied asking for an ETA on the delivery of my order and they CANCELLED MY ORDER!!! Like how rude is that!!!

10 out of 10 DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!

Poor customer service.

Ordered on 12/12/24 with a delivery date of 1/9/25 - completely understandable as this is the busiest time of year for retailers/shipping etc. When I emailed regarding missing the target delivery date and looking for an update on a new date - the response was “understand this is a busy time of year and we don’t have tracking information.”
I am a GM of 10 years of a large retail company. This answer is wildly unacceptable and straight up bad customer service.

Not worth your time at all. This company feels like a fraudulent and/or poorly managed operation.

Its been a month and they haven't shipped our order. Lots of people aren't getting theirs as well. Really disappointed as this was my Christmas gift.

Finally got it January 18th, almost 2 months later. Feels like biting into orbeez and tastes like soap. Super disappointed.

Well can’t say I was expecting to be blow away by the flavor or anything to begin with, since it you know agar and I have agar dessert all the time and they been delicious at home ,but I seen a lot of good review so maybe I could be proven wrong. Nope waste of money for sure, Its like triple the cost you can buy a package of agar for dirt cheap and get your flavor you like and it would be 100% better then this sugar mess they try to make it sound amazing,it’s fallen flat. Won’t ever order again all the flavor was very lacking taste more like just sugar and more sugar to hide the fact that it suck .

Taste like sugar cubes , you just buy for your ☕ coffee , with flavorless gelatin ... Gotten the bites and it's disgusting. Not for the price ..
What I would try is the one with the jelly in the middle , that might have flavor .but it's way to expensive for 6 pieces smh ....40$ for 6 jam pieces

Ordered the guava. Took like almost 3 weeks for the order to come. The flavor tasted fake and they are to sweet. Would like a refund

The texture and taste is horrible. It's like trying to eat rubber gel that tastes like the bottom of a shoe. I tried several flavors and tasted nothing like what they were suppose to. Waste of money, do not buy! Oh and they delete bad comments on facebook.

The candies tasted HORRIBLE and had an even worse texture. I really wanted to like them because of how pretty they looked but I just can’t the texture and taste is HORRIBLE.

First thing I want to mention is that it took 3 weeks to get after the intial order. The tik tok videos are fake because none of the items were cruncy or had a jelly filling inside. Its like a nasty tasting suger cube with a blob inside of it. No filling more like Jelly and the sour ones are not sour at all. Feels like I ate soap. Don't waste your money. Damn that caccio pepe chick must be getting it from another place

This review is 100% accurate.
I received my candy order and the contents were molding from the fluctuation of temperature during travel. I have a child with airborne mold allergy so the item had to be thrown away. Customer service went above and beyond for me and gave me a refund for my item. While I wasn’t able to taste the product, this company is very hands on and cares about their customers. I would recommend them to others for sure, as my experience was a fluke.

Wow..where do I start, does anyone remember dr dreadful brains..this is worse then that. The smell is deceiving, smells good like rock candy but the texture is horrid. It's like eating gel bar soap. Way too expensive.. if you want to try buy the stuff and make it at home!

I had ordered some after seeing their asmr videos on Snapchat, I got Lychee Rose and Strawberry. At first the texture caught me off guard and I didn't like it, yet I found myself craving more because of the taste and satisfying crunch. Then, I ended up I finishing both boxes lol. Now, these candies ARE NOT for everyone, I'm truly grateful for this wonderful treat that they have shared with America.

These things are disgusting. I was so excited from all the TikToks I've seen, that I splurged on the largest box they had ($140) directly from the manufacturer, and now I can't return it. Every flavor is like eating a cheap box of sugar cubes from Walmart with a sticky, tasteless blob inside. ZERO flavor. So disappointed. I wanted to give five stars with all my heart because the ordering process was easy, the packaging is lovely, and I received them very quickly, but the flavor counts the most, and for this, it is an absolute ripoff.

I have no idea what people are raving about!
These products and I tried 2 different sets are bland and tasteless!
Unprofessional customer service.
No refunds either.

Taste like water jelly with crystals .they got to be paying thoes people saying they’re full of flavor

My order just came in and it was a let down…. No flavor, smelled like soap, crunchy BUT tastes like soap! Never buying again! 🤢

I’ve been wanting to try these candies for so long, I waited almost a month to get these, to end up disappointed. Their candies always looked so jelly like in the middle but in reality they are SUPER grainy with little flavor, the crunch is nice but I can’t get over the feeling of the “jelly”. People always make these look so good and tasty.. I won’t be buying again, but they look pretty! Also my box came SUPER damaged

Would not recommend any of their products to friends or enemies. I spent over $70 and every flavor I tried was so bad, (both in taste and texture). They don't allow reviews on their product site and hire "ambassadors" to overload the market with fake positive reviews. Definitely one and done, although I wish it was less. And the $8 candies don't look that great in person. Yuck!
