Beautiful brooch and exceptional personal service
I purchased a beautiful Baltic amber and sterling silver stork brooch as a gift for a close friend in Poland. I was hoping to get it to her before an important event, but the timing was quite tight.
By complete coincidence, Matt was due to travel to Poland himself around the same time. He very kindly offered to take both the brooch and a personal card I had prepared for my friend with him, and post everything domestically once he arrived. This was an incredibly thoughtful one-off gesture that happened to align with his own travel plans, and helped avoid the potential courier, customs and other delays that can come with sending a parcel internationally from the UK.
Communication throughout was excellent, the brooch itself was beautiful, and most importantly my friend absolutely loves it. Everything arrived safely and in plenty of time for her event.
I'm extremely grateful to Matt for going out of his way to help on this occasion. It was a wonderful experience buying from a small family business where there is clearly a real person behind the service. I would happily buy from SilverAmber Jewellery again and highly recommend them.

Everything arrived safely and beautifully packaged. I really appreciated the eco-friendly packaging, and it was clear that a lot of care and attention had gone into every little detail. The jewellery itself is absolutely gorgeous and even more beautiful in person. I ordered a matching set of Baltic amber earrings, bracelet and pendant, and I’m completely in love with all three pieces.
I took my time looking at everything carefully, including the different natural characteristics and tiny variations in the amber. Each piece feels unique, and I love the little details that give the jewellery such a genuine handmade character.
And there was an unexpected little surprise in each package: a delicious toffee! I honestly wasn’t expecting that, and it made me smile. Such a small thing, but it really shows the thoughtfulness behind the whole experience. ❤️
The communication was also excellent. When my parcel was going through customs, Silver Amber was helpful and responsive, even providing the invoice I needed. I really appreciated knowing there was someone on the other side willing to help.
I’m now looking forward to wearing the whole set, but the pendant is especially meaningful to me. I’ve named it the “Tear of Freyja”, and I already know it will always be a very special piece that stays close to me.

I would purchase other items in the future, but would need to bear this in mind and be more cautious. The gift is/was for someone who likes chunky jewellery but I'm really not sure if it would meet her taste!

There is lots of choice, there are a lot of amber in different colors, my husband bought me acorn pendant and it has a silver leaf, it is very well detailed, the prices are very good, the delivery is very quick, I would definitely recommend the company,

Lovely Jwellery 🤗, same as the pictures. Earrings screw were slightly tight initially but loosens up just enough for the perfect ease of use after a couple of uses and then stays the same. Very sturdy and quality Jwellery.
